Zoosk - Terrible experience

Watch out for unexpected charges. I was charged over $130 for coins I did not want. When I called to complain zoosk would only refund $89. In addition to the small refund the only way I could remove my credit card from their system was to deactivate my account, therefore losing what ever time I had remaining on my paid subscription. Contacting zoosk is extremely difficult, and speaking with an actual person even more so. I would strongly recommend other dating sites.

This is the 2nd month May and June by membership was canceled!!!. My acct was due June 2nd. I canceled my membership on June 1st at 7:00 EST. I got confirmation that it had been canceled. At 11:00 EST. My credit card was charged AGAIN!!!!! I want these charges reveresed ASAP!!! How can i stop them from doing this??????!!!!!. I could use that 30.00 plus i was getting NO where with this company!!!!!. I want the money back in my acct!!!!! HELP!!!!

subscribed the three month service for 59.99 and without getting a single message reply in one week, I decided to quit and then find out they do not do refund at all, What a bunch of cheater and in case you didn't notice, if you do not call them to cancel, they are gonna go on charge you money at the end of the three month package, beware single people, this website is a total scam, we paid zoosk out of goodwill however they are just bunch of *** people took advantage of people. This wesite should be closed, why there are so many complaints and they are still running and ripping people off?

Zoosk is not honest about their billing. They scam you into another month that isn't another month. Then they charge you the purchase price + the extra mo every single month, calling it some other special feature you didn't purchase. In my case, it was to message people. Well duh, that's one minimum ability I already expect when I paid the first fee to be a member! And when you are on it, there is a childish game with coins you have to earn and pay to talk to a match. A waste of time.

I did a subscription for one month and of course it is an automatic renewal which I despise! I might get busy and forget to cancel in case I don't like the service. I did cancel this subscription before it expired and then I received an email with a discount promo and I thought what the ***. Then I had a family emergency and wasn't able to renew in time (by a day). I have sent 4 emails to their support about renewing with the discount and not one reply in over a weeks time. I would renew at the regular price, but every time you sign up they charge you a *** registration fee! Absolutely awful support! Ripoff!
