Verified ReviewerI’ve been charged twice and I cannot see anybody’s profile every time. I do try to click on somebody’s profile. It says I’m out of coins. I have not even touched any of my coins I want my money back
You charge me two weeks. I have not been able to use any of my coins.
I am not able to look at anybody's profile, so I need you to see that my account is inactive, and I'm sure you can tell that I haven't used any of my coins.
So you can pay me back $19.95, and then the next week of the 19th, which is $21.74.

I had an account less than an hour, hadn't had contact with any body, and then had an error message that read "your account has been blocked by a Zoosk administrator." Doesn't seem especially reliable to me.
User's recommendation: Try elsewhere - I'm on/have been on plenty of other sites that don't do stuff like this, and have far less behind paywalls too.

I don't understand why I was charged 1999 and then another payment for 2195, and I cannot preview the pictures. I either want my money back or you should at least allow me to see the pictures.

Verified Reviewer |Trying to get in touch with customer service at Zoosk is impossible. I need help in retrieving my account.
I bought a new iPhone trading in my old one. All the information was transferred to the new phone, but when I tried to sign into my Zoosk account.
Im told that the password and user ID are not correct. It is the same information I have used for several years. In the meantime, Im losing days on my subscription because I dont have access to my service.
I tried a phone number 1-88*-***-**** Its supposed to be a support line.
The line has been disconnected. I am so disappointed in Zoosk.!!!
User's recommendation: Don’t sign up!! if for some reason you can’t sign onto your account you’re not gonna find anybody to help you. It’s like they’re fast to take your money but slow to fix any problems.!!

Password reset does not work over six times!
I got logged out of my Zoozk account. I did not do that.
I tried to log back in, but now my password doesnt work. I have emailed to reset my password. When they contact me back to reset my password, it leads me to a page that says oops page not availablewhen I tried to copy and paste the link into my browser and get the same thing. I contact the company again and they send me another reset your password.
This has happened over six times now maybe even 10! I keep telling them that that is not working. Again they send me another reset your password. I am not sure why you guys dont understand that that is not working?
Ive sent it to you a half dozen times already its not working. I have sent you screenshot showing you that its not working and still nobody gets back in touch with me with anything but a reset your password! I have paid to use this account and I expect to be able to get into my account at any time, I dont think thats too much to ask. Now, when something like this happens, I expect somebody whos working for Zoosk to contact me physically personally and help me to get into my account!!!
I am beyond pissed right now! Zero excuse for this!
Please contact me personally!!!

I recently re-upped my subscription with the Zoosk as there was a particular woman I was trying to reach out to. When I went to message her it says that it is unavailable or refresh the page.
It still doesn't work. I have reached out to the company but they have not helped at all. This could be my chance to meet somebody very compatible and this is what this app is supposed to do.
I want somebody to either fix my problem or reach out to this woman to see if she is interested in meeting me. The customer service is very poorI

Lock out of my paid acct!!!
I got locked out of my account. How that happened?
I dont know. My password is now not working. I emailed them and I just get a generic reset your password but it takes me to a page that doesnt exist or has a problem. I emailed them again.
They do not respond or I cant send them an email anymore. There is no live number to speak to a live person! But they have no problem taking your money.
Zero customer service very poor company when it comes to that!
I caution you!! Their customer service blows!

hello, I was blocked by a zoo administrator and was told that the reasoning was because I deactivated my account before my subscription end is there any way that I can get my subscription activated and promise not to deactivate my subscription before it ends?
Can't open site
In order to get on site you have to go through several verifications to prove you are human, than after that they send you an email so you can AGAIN verity your account. NEVER have I received one of their emails so I can get into the account.
I have been working with a gal in customer service but she only responds once every 24 hours and she can't seem to fix the problem. Meanwhile I am paying for every day.

I cannot interact with my account at all. I have submitted four requests to their online customer service and received no response. NOTHING
My account is not functional and hasn't been for over a week. I have a lot of messages that I cannot access and I cannot interact with anyone.
I have submitted four requests for help and have not received any response. This is unacceptable and I want my account fixed immediately or a full refund. The website makes it clear that a response would be provided quickly - it's been days and I have received nothing - not a peep. This is no way to run a business.
A response - anything - would have been better than nothing. There should be some phone number to contact since noon seems to be overseeing customer service..
