I tried to cancel my subscription, but they took a payment anyway. I emailed them one hour after I saw they took the payment, and I have not heard anything from their 'Customer Success Team' in spite of multiple emails asking for a refund.

They do not give a phone number and do not answer emails. They suck.

If I could, I would give them at best a half star. Horrible company.

Trying to subscribe, but am only allowed 'one month' option. I want a one year subscription! Not able to contact customer service by phone, email, texting or carrier pigion makes me think this is a bit sketchy!

Had good feelings about this site using the free version.

Just a *** dating site that made a huge update for the worse a couple weeks ago. Now it's nearly impossible to cancel subscriptions with out finding help on the internet...

Very low yield as far as viable people, no one replies to messages which indicates fake profiles.

It's very expensive. It was a awful experience.

Zoosk just 'improved' their site and app. Although I purchased a 6-month subscription with certain features and functionality, I can no longer see those unless I pay more!

They ripped me off!

You can't unilaterally change a contract in the middle. Definitely, if you don't want upset customers, and a report to the state attorney general's consumer protection division and the BBB, and a nasty review on Google Play, you at least grandfather people in.

Hi, how do I find a Zoosk member by their profile name? The Zoosk website is very difficult to use when you have a question or a problem.

I asked the above question and got the runaround. Just answer the question please!

I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. I feel like Zoosk is ripping me off.

I can't chat with anyone. It's like my profile is not out there.

They say they can't find a payment. I sent them a bank statement verifying they received a payment.

I was able to get on for a couple of days. They did an update, and now I can't send messages or see likes. I've sent numerous emails without any response. No refund, no customer satisfaction.

Beware... They don't care; customer service is terrible.

Après trois mois d'expérience sur ce site, je en viens à la conclusion qu'il n'y a pas de pilote dans le cockpit. Ça ne bouge pas beaucoup ici, des membres non (payants) qui sont là depuis des années, d'autres sans photos pour se divertir, ce n'est pas sérieux.

Très régulièrement, j'ai fait appel au service clients car je n'avais pas accès à mes CHATS ou encore à entrer en contact avec des membres intéressants et parfois on me redonnait du service mais pour quelques heures seulement ? Ce n'est pas un site qui porte une attention à sa clientèle !

Terrible, has been customer NO SERVICE. What kind of company makes it so difficult to resolve simple issues and touts how great they are for singles to use, BUT they don't want to have any direct contact with their customer when there is a problem

Dropped me for no reason and paid monthly fee. There is no phone number no email for them

Redesigned their app and its not user friendly

Gave me several ways to try and fix issue,it did not. I cannot log into my account ,not sure what else to do.

Im finding it impossible to cancel my subscription to Zoosk. I do not want it auto renewing on July 15, 2026.
