Zoosk blocked my account because of a wrong password. Cannot get a hold of anybody. Customer support sucks they use an outside company that wants to charge you to try to make a correction.!! Still blocked out of my account five days later

This is Pat Henderson and I cancel my account with you all in November .it shows closed on my account with yall but you are still charging my credit card for this. December January and February. What the *** is going on. If the money is not put back into my account permanently I will get a class action law suite against y'all.

User's recommendation: Don't join .They give false I trest inquires and appears they don't read profiles as other parties live far and have conditions. This sight needs to be investigated for fraud and billing charges to keep you and make it hard to get refund. Worse than insurance companies.

They resolved my issue. I am pleasantly surprised because I actually like the site alot.

I bought a 3 month subscription that expires in March. The company locked me out of my account citing "inconsistencies" which were never explained. After asking for ID which I promptly provided they, 3 days later, unlocked the account but did not resume my subscription even though it is fully paid. It has now been an additional two days and they still have not reinstated my subscription. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this.

Someone needs to write me about getting back onto your website, or I need a correct phone number to talk with someone. You have my $64.95 for 6months.

I can't even get on on your website. It won't let me. I can't reset my password, because I don't get a link to try that it is supposed to send me, and I never get one. It even tells me that my email address isn't correct.

I have tried your 1-88*-***-****, and this is for Medicare information. I have had the same 2 email addresses for 20 years; Both have worked just fine until I try to use your website with one of them. Someone needs to write me at either:

This is not a scam or a joke. Your system needs some help, and I need some information to be able to just logon to get re-established on Zoosk.com My First name is Gary.

Please contact me. This is more than just frustrating. This is just plain WRONG, and it really needs to be addressed...I haven't been able to find any other way or information of how to contact a PERSON, let alone get back on something I have already paid for and can't use.

There is only a handful of real women on Zoosk. 95% of the accounts are so fake that they make Pamela Andersons *** look real.

The site is very creative when it comes to the methods for getting your bucks. Better find other avenues.

I was better off with J4Dates.com

At least I got quite a few offline dates there. Their only flaw is ladies are overseas and you have to travel there. That was the only thing that made me hesitant at first.

On the other hand, those trips always gave me the experience of a lifetime. The ladies were super hot: little black dress, Gucci aroma, high heels and lace lingerie type of women. Hot and REAL!! I hope they keep on rocking the game, so that next time I travel there I will finally pick up my wife Im determined to get married this year.

I should have not wasted money on Zoosk because of my impatience.

These phony lame sites make you act out of impulse. All they can offer is a showcase of fake photos.
