Remove chosen photo now.

The photo you have chosen I want it removed instantly. I gave you no permission to go into my private phone and take one of my photo's and expose it to the other members.

How dare you!

Stop sending false information about members who want to meet you when they are many miles apart.

Also, how am I supposed to rate this company when you have no numbers to indicate what a person is rating.

Put 1 to10, or 10 to 1. Stop trying to deceive and control your members.

Zoosk - Password reset does not work over six times!

I got logged out of my Zoozk account. I did not do that.

I tried to log back in, but now my password doesnt work. I have emailed to reset my password. When they contact me back to reset my password, it leads me to a page that says oops page not availablewhen I tried to copy and paste the link into my browser and get the same thing. I contact the company again and they send me another reset your password.

This has happened over six times now maybe even 10! I keep telling them that that is not working. Again they send me another reset your password. I am not sure why you guys dont understand that that is not working?

Ive sent it to you a half dozen times already its not working. I have sent you screenshot showing you that its not working and still nobody gets back in touch with me with anything but a reset your password! I have paid to use this account and I expect to be able to get into my account at any time, I dont think thats too much to ask. Now, when something like this happens, I expect somebody whos working for Zoosk to contact me physically personally and help me to get into my account!!!

I am beyond pissed right now! Zero excuse for this!

Please contact me personally!!!

I got locked out of my account. How that happened?

I dont know. My password is now not working. I emailed them and I just get a generic reset your password but it takes me to a page that doesnt exist or has a problem. I emailed them again.

They do not respond or I cant send them an email anymore. There is no live number to speak to a live person! But they have no problem taking your money. Wtf

Zero customer service very poor company when it comes to that!

I caution you!! Their customer service blows!

I want someone to return my email!

Over charged

I signed up for ONE month but when I received my credit card statement there was double charges amounting to $48.36. I cancelled the membership prior to one month and cannot contact or talk to any customer service rep. I would like a refund of $24.18 because of being overcharged!

Trying to cancel subscription due to inability to set up profile due to lack of computer skills, made more difficult by doing it on a smart phone.

Chatted with agent online, but then agent sent me a tech support platform, which costs $5. Out of principle, I refuse to spend any more money to resolve an issue.

Lack of Response to Account Lock Issue

I recently created an account on Zoosk Dating Platform, but to my disappointment, my account was locked immediately after registration. I reached out to an admin for assistance, and following their request, I submitted my ID card for verification.

A few days later, I received a message stating that my case had been escalated to the appropriate team and that I would receive a response soon.

It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. I have sent several additional emails seeking updates, but unfortunately, there has been no response at all.

This lack of communication and support is quite frustrating, especially when I was looking forward to using the platform.

I hope that sharing my experience here will not only bring attention to my issue but also prompt the team at Zoosk to address my account status. Thank you for considering my review

I have been a Zoosk member on and off for several years. Last week I decided to log into my Zoosk account to see if there's any messages since I wasn't active for a year or so.

and I did, and I found out a lot of messages in my messages box. You can tell some of them legitimate, but most of them fake, and there were phone numbers on their pictures, which no one in the right mind would include their phone numbers. Anyway, I decided to become a paid member to respond to some of the messages that I thought could be a legit profile. I paid via credit card and also used the promo discount code they were offering.

After I paid, I have been blocked. When I try to login, I receive a message saying you have been blocked by a Zoosk administrator. I don’t know what’s going on, and I tried to reach out to the Zoosk customer support via several emails, but for more than a week no one responded.

It’s very frustrating and disappointing. I hope that someone will see my review on here and respond accordingly.

Overcharged

I was on Zoosk for less than a month and was double charged on my credit card. I should be refunded $24.98 since I cancelled prior to being on Zoosk for one month.

I cannot call and talk to customer service about this issue. What a surprise!

Zoosk makes SO many mistakes, and I am paying for it

The app has locked me out - it put me through a ridiculous "prove you are a human" routine several times, then after that, when I had put in my username and password perfectly, gave me a popup telling me an message had been sent to my email to which I was to click on something - but the email never came!

The after I had tried several times to get into my account, it had the temerity to lock me out, claiming "too many attempts!" ALL of my attempts were due to their awful app design.

I can't tell you how many other problems I have had - they seem to come every day I use the app.

I will NEVER use this app again, and recommend you don't waste your money.

Zoosk is a popular dating site, but seem to have a great difficulty trying to resolve issues with paying customers. I try to message someone, only to get a message saying that I have to be a paid sub

I was trying to message someone I had met in the site. However, I received a message saying that I needed to be a paid subscriber for this feature.

However, I already am a paid subscriber, but there doesnt seem to be a link to contact customer service, which seems strange, and unfortunate. Zoosk is going to have a lot of upset customers, and will lose many of them if they dont rectify this issue.

This is why I think trying to find a woman on a dating site Zoosk and Match.com is a pain in the *** You will lose a lot of customers and online dating will be the thing of the past and make people to meet in the real world or remain single forever.

To a professional problem solver. Which I refuse having already paying for Zoosk services.
