Remove a connection

Have tried to remove a connection; but it just stays there !!!!!!

Will the person you removed know you removed them ? And will they not be able to see your profile at all

According to Zoosk Customer Help Center, if you want to remove someone as a connection, you should follow the instructions below: 


From Laptop/Computer

  • Log in to www.zoosk.com or through Facebook
  • Click on "Connections" on the left hand side
  • Click the profile image of the connection you wish to remove; this will pop up a menu
  • Click on "Remove Connection", then click "Yes" to confirm


From Android/iOS
  • Log in to Zoosk through your Zoosk app
  • Tap on the profile you wish to remove from your connections
  • Tap on the three dots "..." on the top right of the profile
  • Choose "Remove Chat Permission" from the list of actions


Please note that if you are unable to remove the connection in the Android or iOS app, or on t.zoosk.com, please take these steps:
  • From a laptop or computer log in to www.zoosk.com
  • Click on "Carousel" on the left hand side
  • Click on "Matches"
  • Click on the the three dots "..." on the bottom right of the photo
  • Click on "Remove", then click "Yes" to confirm
After removing a Connection, they will simply no longer appear in your list of Connections.

How can I get a refund

Hi there, Today I was looking at my bank account and noticed you guys took money out of my account.. first of all I did not purchase anything and $74.95 was taken out. Any way I could get my money back, for something that I didn’t purchase?

Why am I being charged $74.95 for ZOOSK? I did not sign up for a subscription.

Imagine my surprise when I opened my bank account and there are not one but 2 PENIDNG charges for $74.95 from ZOOSK. I absolutely did not sign up for a subscription. I bought some coins once!

According to the Zoosk support section, to upload a picture, you should follow these steps:
From your computer:
  • open your web browser;
  • go to zoosk.com;
  • log in to your Zoosk account;
  • click on your Zoosk display name in the top right corner of your screen;
  • select Edit Profile;
  • click the Edit Photos button;
  • click the Add Photos button to upload photos from your computer.

From the Android app or the iOS app:
  • open the Zoosk app;
  • tap on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen;
  • tap on your photo or nickname;
  • tap the Add Photos button to upload or take a photo from your phone.

From a web browser on your phone or touch device:
  • open your device’s web browser;
  • go to t.zoosk.com;
  • log in to your Zoosk account;
  • select the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen;
  • tap on your profile photo and Zoosk display name;
  • tap your profile photo;
  • upload or take a photo.

Why do I have to pay to receive text messages

On top of the membership u have pay for coins to see if message are read I’m a single mom That pretty Sacrificed and risk to try out your dating site because it was good review And I love check by check And now I have to pay more money I can see I’m very disappointed And I was telling all my single about your page But now will never recommend you have to risk to be on this page After 27 years of marriage divorced 2 years really was ready to meet new people and try to site out. According to the Zoosk support section, sending messages and chatting requires a paid subscription and that both paid subscribers and free members may be required to purchase Zoosk coins to connect with other people in Zoosk.
Unfortunately, Zoosk does not provide any information if there are free subscriptions to send and receive text messages on the company website.

Hi , Your company drew money from my account that they were asked not to. Patricia Gebauer on or before July 1 st now I have put in a dispute again your site csuse I wrote u numerous times telling and asking u not to.

Am I being double charged for my membership?

On April 16 I renewed my membership for $44.96, than on April 22 it was returned in my account, than on April 24 it was taken out of my account again, does this mean I was double charged or just ripped off, I demand an explanation an-d soon.

According to Zoosk Help, if you block someone, Zoosk disables that particular account from sending you any more messages, chats, winks, or requests and from showing up in your Carousel or searches. Blocked users will not be able to look at your profile.

How do I get past the “add a photo” pop up.

I log in and am greeted with a “add a photo” pop up. I try to add a photo and it tells me I have reached my maximum photo limit and to delete a photo. There is no way to close out the pop up.

According to the Zoosk faq section, to enter your account you should know the email address used during registration and password.
If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by selecting the Forgot password? from the login page.
If you don’t receive your email to reset your password, please check your spam folder.
If you don’t see the email in your spam folder, add mail@messaging.zoosk.com to your safe senders' list then submit another request to reset your password.

According to the Zoosk Troubleshooting page, to reset a password you just need to select Forgot password from the login page and enter your email address. Zoosk will email you a request to reset your password.

According to the Zoosk FAQ page, if your subscription is being renewed automatically, you can turn it off. Go to your Account Settings and select Subscription.
To cancel Zoosk subscription from computer:
  • Go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
  • Click Account Settings.
  • Select Subscription
  • Click Cancel my subscription.

According to Zoosk FAQ page in order to create and save an advanced search with the new age-range filter that you’d like, follow the directions below for the device you’re using. 

From your computer's web browser 

  • Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
  •  Select Search from the left navigation. 
  • Click the blue Edit Search link in the top right of your screen underneath the grey NEXT button. 
  • Next to ages, type in the age-range you’d like to search for. 
  • If you’d like to save you search, select the check box next to Save this search and give your search a name.
  •  Click the blue Search button. This will save and apply the search filters you’ve created.
From the iOS app and Android app
  • Open the Zoosk app. 
  • Tap on the menu icon at the top left corner of your screen 
  • Tap the Filter icon 
  • Tap Create new and and select your preferred Age range and Distance 
  • Tap the blue Save and Search button, give your custom filter a name, and tap Save and Search. 
  • This will save and apply the search filters you’ve created. 

Please note that advanced search filters only apply to Search and do not change who you see in Carousel or your SmartPick introductions.
