I rejoined Zoosk to reach out to a specific woman but I cannot message her as it looks like her profile is Frozen

I recently re-upped my subscription with the Zoosk as there was a particular woman I was trying to reach out to. When I went to message her it says that it is unavailable or refresh the page.

It still doesn't work. I have reached out to the company but they have not helped at all. This could be my chance to meet somebody very compatible and this is what this app is supposed to do.

I want somebody to either fix my problem or reach out to this woman to see if she is interested in meeting me. The customer service is very poorI

I got locked out of my account. How that happened?

I dont know. My password is now not working. I emailed them and I just get a generic reset your password but it takes me to a page that doesnt exist or has a problem. I emailed them again.

They do not respond or I cant send them an email anymore. There is no live number to speak to a live person! But they have no problem taking your money. Wtf
Zero customer service very poor company when it comes to that!

I caution you!! Their customer service blows!
I want someone to return my email!

Zoosk is a needed service in todays world and *** dating has changed over the years. But their customer service needs some help to better serve their customers. Also, I was asked o pay a dollar to speak
To a professional problem solver. Which I refuse having already paying for Zoosk services.
I just was them to remedy the problem and better serve their customers who have questions or problems in the future, please.

I didn't want to renew my subsciption but I did. But now everytime I click on a site I get a subsripyion notice.

If you took my noney why can't I communicate with the wonen I'm interested. If I can't then send my money back

Can't reach anyone. I was a subscriber then I cancelled for financial reasons. I still received messages and could respond to premier members, then all of a sudden I couldn't see their messages and got a 400 code. This was just as I was connecting with the person of my dreams. Now I can't even tell him why I am not responding. . .
