I want to cancel and there is no way to do so that I can find.
The site hasn't been helpful to me as a dating dite because it's so hard to find where people are from when they send lots of people. It wasts my time terribly.
Now I'm trying to cancel and there isn't a link to do so. I'm disgusted and irritated, and feel that their site is one of the worst.
Now I'm trying to leave this message and they insist on more words than I wanted to leave, and too bad for them-- they should have quit while they were behind.

I cannnot sign in and when I try to hit the button for forgot password and I have put it in my email address..Im not getting anything sent to me.

If you have any other email address , then you need to change it the one I just sent you. Im not very happy at all

my zoosk account was blocked for reasons not known to me, and I feel I have been treated unfairly. I have been a customer for months, and I never got a partner before the account was blocked. I need the account opened so I can get my partner.

Tell me to use my cellphone for verification, but it doesn't work. I have been trying for days, but it still doesn't work. I would like to get my Facebook account verified as soon as possible, please.

Paid subscription and can't access the online site.
It either comes up "bad request" or I can't access Zoosk online after paying for the subscription. No phone number so like how do I get my $$ back if they are incompetent?

No pictures
I've uploaded pictures and people are telling me there are no pictures. Zoosks is completely unaccessible.

User's recommendation: Be careful slot of fake and non trust worthy people. We’re supose to be adults but 95% of these lady’s think your just gonna scam them because of there last time being scammed there pretending to not have any trust they have my proof of purchase this isn’t a court case ok

I signed up for ONE month but when I received my credit card statement there was double charges amounting to $48.36. I cancelled the membership prior to one month and cannot contact or talk to any customer service rep. I would like a refund of $24.18 because of being overcharged!

I was charged again on my credit card after canceling my subscription! I will be contacting my attorney if I'm not fully refunded immediately
Trying to cancel subscription due to inability to set up profile due to lack of computer skills, made more difficult by doing it on a smart phone.
Cannot set up profile. Subscription about to renew.
Chatted with agent online, but then agent sent me a tech support platform, which costs $5. Out of principle, I refuse to spend any more money to resolve an issue.

I recently created an account on Zoosk Dating Platform, but to my disappointment, my account was locked immediately after registration. I reached out to an admin for assistance, and following their request, I submitted my ID card for verification.
A few days later, I received a message stating that my case had been escalated to the appropriate team and that I would receive a response soon.
It has now been over two weeks, and I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. I have sent several additional emails seeking updates, but unfortunately, there has been no response at all.
This lack of communication and support is quite frustrating, especially when I was looking forward to using the platform.
I hope that sharing my experience here will not only bring attention to my issue but also prompt the team at Zoosk to address my account status. Thank you for considering my review
Remove chosen photo now.
The photo you have chosen I want it removed instantly. I gave you no permission to go into my private phone and take one of my photo's and expose it to the other members.
How dare you!
Stop sending false information about members who want to meet you when they are many miles apart.
Also, how am I supposed to rate this company when you have no numbers to indicate what a person is rating.
Put 1 to10, or 10 to 1. Stop trying to deceive and control your members.

They took money out of my bank account even after I canceled my items! Haven’t heard back from them yet!
