I can’t access my account
Whenever I try to click or communicate with someone its asking me to complete my account but each time I do it went back to the same message and wont let me in. Its been like that since yesterday I tried to change the email but still no success.

Eighteen months ago, I canceled my Zoosk account, and they keep charging me $59.99 every couple of months. I asked them to stop, but they continue to charge it.
I've had enough; it's the worst dating app I have ever dealt with.
I have emailed several times and have not received a return response. Moreover, there is no phone number to call and cancel.

Disappointing older men with pics from 10 years ago at least...
hi, wish there was a way of authenticating members
posting old pics of themselves that look nothing like
them now!
Especially when a male member makes it known
he wants a sexual relationship at 80!!! It is insulting
to any female when they meet such a deceitful person
and I'm sure men can say the same for some women
but overall a lie is a lie and there's no getting around it.

Wrong prefex for Florida
The only prefex to the telephone number you have listed is 358. I don't know anywhere in Florida that is the prefex.
The prefex for our telephone numbers are 727- in the Tampa, Florida
area.
There is no listing for that and it won't let you put it in.

know of. You should allow people to put in their correct prefexes if
you want to send the a text.

I have been on and off Zoosk for 4 years now and have spent over $500 in that time. At the beginning of September, I cancelled my subscription.
They keep your profile up, you get hits and you can like them, but you cannot contact them or read their messages without rejoining. I found a profile and received a message that I could not respond to or read unless I rejoined. I was so interested in that person, she seemed perfect for me. So, I rejoined and messaged her back only to find out she had not messaged me.
It was Zoosk that was scamming me, they fabricated her message to me to get me to rejoin.
I would like to be contacted to get my money back and permanently leave this repulsive and deceitful site. This is criminal.

I have paid twice and I cannot use the app….
The app is not working properly. I am not able to communicate with anyone who has contacted me.
I have paid twice and have sent numerous messages to you to no avail. I used Zoosk a few years ago and had a different problem that yall never resolved. I complained about a scammer.
Instead of deleting hue scammer, you deleted me! I will never use Zoosk again!

Zoosk is attempting to charge me $69.95 twice at the same exact time to renew my membership! My bank caught it and declined both attempts.
Now, I can't speak with anyone at Zoosk about this because all of your emails and phone numbers have been eliminated? I want to know why Zoosk is trying to double charge me to renew my membership.

This is exactly what happened to me also. All I wanted to do was resolve the issue but they have my email log on blocked. I wish they had a solution for this.
