I couldnt login. I was supposed to get a call from one of your texts instead you canceled my membership and refunded my money. Tell me what the *** is going on here.

Unable to cancel subscription
- Cancelled subscription on 11/24/2025; account still shows active with 12/24 expiry.
- Feels forced to stay and dislikes upselling; gave a 0 rating.
I cancelled my subscription on November 24th 2025. I got a notice that it would expire on December 24th, but it still says active!
I don't want to be a part of this site any longer! Why are they forcing me to stay on there? this is an awful site!
They are constantly trying to get you to pay more and more! I give them a 0.

- Account was active a week before paying for a 1-month subscription.
- After payment I couldn't log in; account was blocked, restore or refund.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I set up my account and it was active for 1 week to I decided to paid 1 month subscription..after I paid the next day I tried to login back my account they said zoosk administration had block so please I need my account back or refund my balance please

They renewed my account and I don't want that - but there is no place I can call

- The online phone number doesn't work and there is no customer service.
My account was renewed and I did not want that. I am not happy with this site.
BUT NOW THE PHONE THAT SHOWS ON THE INTERNET DOES NOT WORK - IS NOT IN SERVICE.
THERE IS NO PLACE WHERE YOU CAN CALL. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

- An error said the account was blocked by a Zoosk administrator.
- Block occurred within an hour of creating the account with no contact.
I had an account less than an hour, hadn't had contact with any body, and then had an error message that read "your account has been blocked by a Zoosk administrator." Doesn't seem especially reliable to me.
User's recommendation: Try elsewhere - I'm on/have been on plenty of other sites that don't do stuff like this, and have far less behind paywalls too.
They say there's a way to contact this company but there is no way to contact this company there is nothing on their site that helps you to contact them when there's a problem
- I paid the full amount but cannot send messages.
- When I try to send messages, I am diverted to something else I did not want.
This site will not let me send messages I paid the full amount I should be able to send messages every time I go to send messages to other people it diverts me to something else that I did not want to be diverted to
User's recommendation: Better communications with the customers after all the customers are the ones who support your site they should have a way to be able to talk to the people running this site when there's a problem

Verified ReviewerTrying to get in touch with customer service at Zoosk is impossible. I need help in retrieving my account.
I bought a new iPhone trading in my old one. All the information was transferred to the new phone, but when I tried to sign into my Zoosk account.
Im told that the password and user ID are not correct. It is the same information I have used for several years. In the meantime, Im losing days on my subscription because I dont have access to my service.
I tried a phone number 1-88*-***-**** Its supposed to be a support line.
The line has been disconnected. I am so disappointed in Zoosk.!!!
User's recommendation: Don’t sign up!! if for some reason you can’t sign onto your account you’re not gonna find anybody to help you. It’s like they’re fast to take your money but slow to fix any problems.!!

Give customers an easy way to contact them. Hey, W.T.H., I am a paying customer; don't I deserve to get on your site since I paid in full?

They steal
Zoosk continues to take money from my bank account after I cancelled my subscription. Their phone number is useless, their "self help" is helpless, if you want additional help they send you to scam websites that are useless and yet make you pay to use them. Zoosk creates the problems and then makes you pay to attempt to solve them Now I'm forced to cancel my debit card just to get rid of the blood suckers
