I called the phone number and they always tell me to email I can never get anybody on the phone to explain my problem I changed my email and it screwed everything up. You are now thinking I'm a new subscriber and asking me to fill out a profile and pictures I have been a subscriber for some time now months so I was thinking the best way to straighten it out was to unsubscribe or cancel my subscription unless I talk to somebody my phone number is even though you probably won't call 609 238 ****.
If no one calls and this isn't straightened out I'm going to have to cancel my charge so you don't charge me for extra months after July 30th which is my last day. I was going to renew but not now that I see you can't even talk to someone
Preferred solution: I would like to talk to someone to explain my problem. I cannot understand the directions for canceling my subscription. I initially was thinking of renewing but customer service is so bad
